Market settlement and dispute resolution
Markets on kaisarliga settle based on official results from the relevant governing body. For Liga 1 matches, we use the official Liga 1 result. For Champions League, we use UEFA's official result. For Mobile Legends esports, we use the official tournament result. For slot games and live-dealer tables, settlement is automatic based on the game engine outcome.
If you believe a market has been settled incorrectly, you have 48 hours to submit a dispute through our support team. Include your account ID, the market ID, and a clear explanation of why you believe the settlement was wrong. Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If we find an error, we will correct your account balance. If we find no error, we will explain our decision.
We do not accept disputes based on personal predictions or expectations. For example, if you predicted a Liga 1 match outcome and the official result contradicts your prediction, that is not grounds for a dispute. Disputes are only valid if the market was settled against the official result or if a technical error occurred.
Bonus terms and conditions
We may offer bonuses to new or existing users from time to time. Any bonus offer will include specific terms—the bonus amount, the wagering requirement (how many times you must play through the bonus before you can withdraw it), and the expiration date.
